1. Follow and Share Us On Social Media

2. Sign Up to Receive Updates and Action Alerts

   • Sign up to stay in the loop on updates, events, and action alerts. Being contactable when action is needed is the single most important thing you can do!

   • Help grow the team of supporters! Encourage others to sign up for updates
     

3. Sign and Share a Petition in Support for Utah Libraries

   Signing the petition helps us build our team of people who care about libraries and shows elected officials the strong support Utahns give libraries!

   • Sign and share “Stop Punishing Utah Students for Reading”

   • Email legislators and Governor: “Stop Banning Books: Fix the Law”

   • Sign and share “Stop Book Bans in Utah: Women Authors Targeted”

   • Sign and share  “I Support Utah Libraries” petition
     

4. Call/Email your Legislators and tell them to support the Freedom to Read and oppose book banning bills.

   • Know about a challenge or book ban at a local school? Reach out to us!
     

6. Show Up and Speak Up

   • Your voice is important and needed! Whether it’s at a school board meeting, legislative hearing, or posting on social media, your voice has power!
